Now the trending topic in the Nigerian entertainment scene is concerning the brief war of words took place at the April 28 final of Nokia’s ‘Don’t Break The Beat’ rap contest where voguish femcee Muna held things together (for a while) on the night as the event’s compere and acclaimed lyricist Modenine sat (along with DJ Jimmy Jatt and Knighthouse Entertainment head honcho Rogba Arimoro) on the judging panel. At the event, Muna and Mode Nine had a little verbal back and forth which started when Muna challenged Mode Nine’s opinion about who won what looks like a rap battle. After the verbal feud, Nigezie interviewed Mode Nine, Uncle Jimmy (DJ Jimmy Jatt) and Jesse Jagz and thy all appear to hold the same opinion that Muna was disrespectful. Many people are of the opinion that her comments disrespectful and suggest that she could have disagreed in a more polite way.
